He assists businesses, individuals and non-profit organisations in their dealings with the tax authorities and other taxing bodies, both in litigation and before it, as well as during tax audits carried out by the Guardia di Finanza and the Revenue Agency.

He provides ordinary and extraordinary advice on direct and indirect taxation as well as local taxes.

He represents companies selling natural gas and electricity, in litigation and out of court, on all issues relating to excise duties.

He also has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, drafting and negotiating contracts and company law advice, for businesses and groups as well as start-ups and innovative SMEs.

He advises on privacy and the GDPR, helping businesses prepare privacy policies, DPIAs and records of processing, and assisting them with due diligence on the processing of personal data and its proper management. He acts as a DPO.

Before launching the Lexside project, he worked with leading Italian law firms specialising in tax law.

He did an internship in the Tax Policy department of Confindustria.

He graduated in law from the Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis in tax law (supervisor Prof. Avv. Augusto Fantozzi).
He obtained a Master's in Tax Law, Accounting and Tax Planning from LUISS Business School.
He attended the course “Workshop on criminal tax law” organised by the SSEF (Higher School of Economics and Finance) in collaboration with Roma Tre University.
He qualified to practise law at the Rome Court of Appeal.
He further specialised by attending the “Advanced course in customs law and the excise system” at the Faculty of Economics of the Sapienza University of Rome.

He is the author of publications on tax law.
